There are many things to do in and around the community of Aliante.

From the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park that features a scenic lake, adventure playground, water play area, Dino Dig tot lot, soccer fields, lit tennis courts and a volleyball stadium to the natural arroyo, which is set against a mountain backdrop of the Sheep Mountain Range.

Outside of Aliante, the Las Vegas Speedway is nearby and is easily accessed via the beltway. Also nearby are the Texas Station which has cinemas along with the Sante Fe Hotel & Casino which also offers ice skating.
